Singapore, 29 May 2024 – Today, PM Link Pte Ltd (PM Link), the project management subsidiary of CPG Corporation, and Airsquire Pte. Ltd. (Airsquire) each signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Marine Parade Community Space Ltd (MPCSL). The two MoUs detail a partnership where PM Link and Airsquire will provide project management services and a digital construction management platform, respectively, on a pro bono basis, for the building of the Marine Parade Community Care Hub with the purpose of empowering vulnerable residents and benefiting the larger Marine Parade community.

The Hub is expected to be completed in 2025 and will be conveniently connected to the upcoming Marine Parade MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL). It will be the first-of-its-kind community space dedicated to an accessible consolidation of social service tenants who will deliver upstream services to residents and encourage long-term, inclusive employment within Marine Parade. The Hub will also feature spaces for the community to come together.

“We’re excited to be bringing the Hub to life, to build a more compassionate, inclusive, and integrated community within Marine Parade. We’re also grateful to be supported by an industry veteran with its technology partner who will aid us on this journey,” said Ms Nancy Quah, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of MPCSL.

“PM Link has managed numerous projects of varying scales, including special education projects for vulnerable communities. This puts us in a great position to manage the development of this community hub, and we understand the importance of local companies coming together to support our community and creating purposeful spaces,” said Mr Tan Cheng Chuah, PM Link’s Managing Director.

With its extensive track records and experience as a veteran in the built environment industry, PM Link is well positioned to provide end-to-end project management services for the project. This will include project planning, coordination, tender management and the likes to ensure that the Marine Parade Community Care Hub will be built to quality standards.

The company will also offer the innovative use of a remote 360° site reality capture solution (RCS) through its digital partner, Airsquire, during the construction management phase of the project. Powered by A.I., Airsquire’s AirGo software will enhance the project team’s site documentation productivity, and enable clear communication across multiple stakeholders, allowing them to monitor and identify potential issues for swift resolution to maintain project schedule.

This is also a timely, half-year-mark progression in our 3-year partnership with PM Link to drive integrated digital delivery in the built environment industry,” said Kyle Tan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Airsquire.
